Roving color palet from 2008 season

C V M color patterns vary widely, especially in the darkness of the body wool. With the wide variety of natural colors including light to dark grey, light to dark brown, black, white, and spotted a plethora of roving colors is available. Additionally when we send our fleeces to the mills we sometimes blend the wool with silk, angora, or alpaca. Our fleeces usually have a staple length of 3 to 5 inches, 18 to 26 micron diameter, very soft, with a well defined crimp. We select our breeding animals to produce soft wool with exceptional spinning qualities. If you are ordering roving for a specific project be sure to order enough since we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get that same color again. Cost is $2 an ounce unless otherwise noted.
